In all three cases, the producer keeps the copyright and intellectual property — the licenses cover exploitation rights only.
Yes. Every license — including Leasing WAV — grants unlimited streams, sales, and distribution on all platforms. There are no stream caps, no sales limits, no hidden restrictions. The only differences between tiers are the files included (stems or not) and exclusivity.
No. Once any Lease (Leasing WAV or Unlimited) has been sold, the Exclusive option is automatically removed for that beat. This protects the integrity of the Exclusive license — it must be truly exclusive, with no prior leases circulating. If you want a beat exclusively, act before any Lease is taken.
