Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

All purchases on nogarbeats.com are final and non-refundable. Beats and drum kits sold on this site are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a download link or contract has been issued, the transaction is considered complete and irrevocable.

This policy applies to all license types — Unlimited Lease, Exclusive license — as well as to all drum kit purchases.

2. Waiver of the right of withdrawal

Under European Union consumer protection law (notably French law applicable to digital content), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, provided the buyer expressly waives this right at checkout.

By confirming your order on nogarbeats.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• The product is a digital file with instant delivery upon payment
• You expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted by Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code
• The transaction is final once the payment is processed

3. Exceptions — when a refund may be considered

Although all sales are final, refunds may be considered exceptionally in the following cases:

• The audio files delivered are technically defective (corrupted, unplayable, or missing entirely)
• The download link could not be delivered due to a technical failure on our side, after a documented attempt at resolution
• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake within a short timeframe (typically less than 1 hour) and the files have not been downloaded

In all such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase, with your order number and a description of the issue. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. What is not eligible for a refund

• Change of mind after purchase
• Choosing the wrong license type (Lease instead of Exclusive, or vice versa)
• Selecting the wrong contract language (English/French)
• Misunderstanding of the licensing terms (please read the Licenses page before purchase)
• Personal preference about the production once downloaded
• Failure to use the beat for any reason (project cancelled, label rejection, etc.)

We strongly encourage all buyers to preview beats in full before purchase using the in-page player, and to read the licensing options carefully.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. In such cases, the corresponding license is automatically revoked, and any commercial use of the beat becomes unauthorized. We reserve the right to take any legal action necessary to enforce our rights and recover damages.

If you have an issue with your order, contact us first. We respond within 24–48 hours and aim to find a fair solution for any legitimate concern.

6. Modifications to this policy

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your order. Material changes will be communicated through the website’s footer date.
