Delivery Policy

1. How delivery works

All beats, drum kits and licenses are digital products. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is fully automated and happens within seconds after a successful payment.

2. What you receive

Right after a successful payment, you receive:

• An email confirmation with your order details
• A secure download link for your audio files (MP3 320 kbps, WAV 24-bit 44 kHz, individual stems / trackouts)
• A personalized license contract (PDF) generated in your chosen language — English or French — with your name, the beat title, the license type, and the date of purchase
• Access to all your purchases through your account dashboard

3. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases — less than 30 seconds after payment confirmation. Your files and contract are accessible directly from the order confirmation page and via the email sent to the address you provided at checkout.

4. Shipping costs

None. Because all products are digital, there are no shipping fees, no customs charges, and no geographic restrictions. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount you pay.

5. Issues with your delivery

In the rare event that a delivery fails — for example, if the email doesn’t arrive or a download link doesn’t work — here’s what to do:

• First, check your spam / promotions / junk folder
• Log in to your account dashboard and check the order status
• Make sure the email address used at checkout was correct
• If the issue persists, contact us with your order number — we respond within 24–48 hours and will resolve any technical delivery problem

6. File access & storage

Once you have purchased a product, the files remain accessible from your account dashboard for as long as the website is operational. We strongly recommend that you download and store your files securely (cloud backup, external drive, etc.) right after purchase. Long-term availability cannot be guaranteed in case of major technical or business changes.

7. Modifications to this policy

This Delivery Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your order.
